Living on your budget is simple but not easy.
Earn more money!
If you are not able to do that, spend less.
But, how?
Let me introduce you two ways to spend less.
Let me introduce you two ways to spend less.
First, you might have an experience that you repented after shopping.
While buying that item, you rationalize your conduct as like "That's what I want for a long time" or
"If I don't buy this right now, someone will buy it so that I can't get it later."
But, you certainly might regret after coming back home or taking a bill later.
"Why didn't I overcome the temptation?" or "How can I pay for this right now?"
But that experience can be a good medicine for you to block another impulse buying.
Try to recall that memory before you may feel an impulse-buying temptation.
"I am not going to repeat such a same mistake again!"
"That's not what I need right now!"
That will help you control your passion to buy something unnecessary right now.
Secondly, set a big, long-term goal.
For instance, "I will buy a bigger house in 7 years. or "I will buy a brand new car in 3 years"
When you can't overcome the temptation to buy something, try to imagine a picture
in which your family along with you are smiling in front of your new and big house.
'Don't eat the marshmallow now!' '
Don't eat the marshmallow... yet!"
Don't eat the marshmallow... yet!"
And, you might be able to get a box of marshmallow.
Or, maybe you can get a big marshmallow factory.
